Is there a turnaround time for my cheesecake?
Yes, we require up to 48 hours of turnaround time from order to shipping. Our cheesecakes must be frozen before shipping so you will receive the safest and freshest product possible.
Example: You order on Monday BEFORE 5PM, your order will be shipped on Wednesday for a Thursday delivery (If using UPS Ground). In the same scenario, you may use the Uber Connect feature on your Uber Eats app and get receive your Monday or as soon as it's available. We will contact you.
Is there a deadline for ordering?
Yes, orders have to be received BEFORE 5pm. Any time after 5pm will rollover until the next business day.
Will my order ship on weekends?
No. We will not ship on weekends because of the possible threat of transit issues; however, you may use the Uber Connect app. We will collaborate on a time for you to have your cheesecake picked up via Uber Connect and delivered to you on Saturday. Not Sundays.
Where are our cheesecakes made?
We bake out of a certified commercial kitchen in the San Marco area of Jacksonville, Florida. We are legally licensed, insured and inspected by the state.
Do you serve dietary restricted products?
Yes, we do serve dietary restricted products. Each cheesecake is made separately and our stations are kept clean and sanitized to prevent cross contact. Diary, tree nuts and peanuts are used during production at our facility. Please make us aware of any food allergies you may have.
How long do I keep my cheesecake after it's thawed?
Although cheesecake may last up to six months when frozen, our cheesecakes are best consumed up to five days after they are thawed.
Can I refreeze my cheesecake if I don't finish? Yes, you can refreeze your cheesecake! If you can keep it frozen at zero degrees Fahrenheit or below, you may save it for much longer, up to six months.
How many servings are in my cheesecake?
We bake nine inch cheesecakes. We can pre-cut for 10 or 12 slices. You can cut it yourself for up to 16 slices, if you like.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we serve all of Jacksonville, Northeast Florida and most of the state of Florida. We deliver to parts of Florida that allow us to deliver via UPS Ground next day service. More than one day delivery is not best for our frozen packaging.
How do you package your cheesecake for shipping?
We freeze all of our cheesecakes before shipping. We package our cheesecakes with a tight fitting saran wrapping, placed into a insulated thermal bag, along with frozen gel packs. That package is then placed into a shipping box with bubble wrap and additional wrapping paper to secure further throughout transit.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require you have a physical address
Does someone need to be home to accept the package?
It may be best to have someone home when the package arrives, as it is perishable and time sensitive. We would suggest you have someone accepting the package as soon as possible and to refrigerate so you may have the best cheesecake experience.
My item(s) arrived damaged. What now?
As you know, our products are perishable. If your product arrives damaged, from the DAY IT ARRIVES or you are dissatisfied, contact us within three days (Including weekends), and we will replace or refund your purchase. Incorrect addresses given to us are not applicable for replacements or refunds. PICTURES WILL BE REQUESTED for damaged products.
